How do I track my order?
Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may click Track My Parcel to track the order on the email. Alternatively, you may also track the parcel at the courier's website. Lastly, you also can track through our website by following steps as below:

Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Tracking numbers are working and traceable after order shipments collected and processed by the courier. It’s may take 24 hours for the order shipment to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was placed during weekend / public holidays, your tracking number will be available to track on the next working day.
